All our packages are sent from Mexico, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday during office hours.

Free shipping to the entire Mexican Republic with no purchase limit (5 to 15 business days)
USA & CANADA
Shipping with MEXPOST (15 to 30 business days) the shipping rate depends on the purchase.
EUROPE
Shipping with MEXPOST (15 to 30 business days) the shipping rate depends on the purchase.
ASIA & AUSTRALIA
Shipping with MEXPOST (15 to 30 business days) the shipping rate depends on the purchase.
Important
Some foreign postal systems are faster than others depending on the country, so we cannot guarantee a specific arrival date, in rare cases the package can take up to 25 business days if it gets stuck in customs.
If you haven't received it yet, please be sure to call your local post and check if it's waiting at customs, tracking may stop once it reaches your country.
If a package is sent back to Corazona for any reason, be it due to an invalid address or non-payment of duties, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping to resend it.
Any customer who refuses to pay shipping costs due to an invalid address or customs will lose their order.
Certain countries may charge customs taxes / duties, in this case Corazona has no control over this and is not responsible for any taxes that may occur as duties, VAT (value added tax) and customs fees are set by the country of destination. Some countries keep the package at their local post office for pick up due to any fees that need to be paid. The amount may vary by country, if it applies at all, we recommend that you check with your postal service if this applies to your package.
