Changes & Returns

On rare occasions there may be a problem with the handling of the order before and during shipment. In these cases we can offer you the exchange of your product to send you a new one.

 

If you already decided:

1. It is necessary that you keep the product in the original packaging and send us a photo of the defect or damage of the product to evaluate the exchange or return, as requested.

2. Check your items to make sure they are in perfect condition, since Corazona will not accept any returned item that contains any additional damage than that reported.

 

3. We recommend that you send your package back via a tracked post, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
4. Once we receive your return, we will email you the steps to take to make the change effective.

 

  •  You have 7 days from the delivery date to make your exchange or return valid, after those days the process to make the exchange or return will not apply. 

  • We cannot offer returns and changes on  any  sale items.

  • Refunds will only be issued if the item is found to be defective and cannot be replaced.

 

  • The return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

At Corazona we respect your privacy, we do not share your data with other companies or use it for external advertising purposes.
